Matthew Bono
Music Instructor
Matthew is currently the Music Director at Christ Lutheran in Warren, MI for the weekly contemporary service, children's vocal and hand bell choirs. Matthew is composer and director for the Christmas cantata titled "Born is the King". He was a competition winner at American Guild of Music Tournament in 2001 for an original composition, "A Time to Enjoy". He has been a Performing Artist of benefits, church coffeehouses, correction homes, radio airplay, outreaches, and TV shows since 1997. He has been a private teacher on bass, guitar and piano since 1995. Matthew is an avid instructor of homeschoolers. He has taught music subjects which include reading, writing, rhythm, theory, ear training, and performance.
